3 out of 5 studs sheared on front left wheel. Need some answers please

I did some searching before this post but nothing like my experience besides the few guys with the loose lug nuts.
I changed the brakes on the front about a week ago, did an alignment of all 4 corners, dealer forgot to rotate tires around so I was going to do it this weekend.
The front left wheel was last and all the problems are there as well. The lug nuts will just seize upon disassembly. 3 of them sheared the bolts. No problem on the other wheel at all. Any ideas?
I will replace all 5 on Monday (when the parts depts. open) and torque them to the proper settings but this is a bit suspicious.
Thank you for the input.

Yeah sounds like they used an impact gun to put them on.

I did put those on with a torque wrench about a week ago. As I did with the other wheels. No problems on the 3 corners, on front left one however, I had to shear them off to be able to take the wheel off. The lug nuts will just seize upon un-tightening. Same torque wrench, same person (me)...

Would putting anti-seize compound on the threads helped?

nothing goes on those lugs/bolts...that's pretty much given...no lubricants or anti seize allowed on any car's lugs/bolts/nuts etc.

only way to fix it down is to take the whole thing off, knock the stripped bolt out and replace them with new ones...happenned to me before. Cultprid is they misaligned the nuts and use the impact gun to jam it in. You can try to take it back to the dealer or whoever fixed your tires last and demand a fix...but i'm sure they'll deny it to the death.

the blots are coming out by loosening the main hub nut apparently and pulling the hub out....that is one time torque(one time use) nut correct?
hope the dealer will have that one on monday
anyone with correct torque specs for the main wheel nut and the wheel bolts?

that center one can be reused. you just have to bend the dimple out of the keyway before removing. The lugs are 80 ft/lb and the center nut is 181 ft/lb. You shouldnt have to remove it to do the job there should be enough clearance to get the lugs out in the correct spot.

Lancaster--> Jones Acura...they are OK overall
It is not my car so I haven't had much of a contact with them...
The dealer messed up the install of the first replacement tranny big time, including the axle on the right. The tranny dumped all the fluid out and died after less than 5k miles. All was due to improper installation (my speculation but a solid one). Tranny #3 is OK so far and they replaced the axle free of charge as well. Car is out of basic warranty.

Thanks fsttyms1, I got your reply at the other thread as well. Again, not enough space, just looks like it
I will report back and take some pics so people can follow my misshaps
The easiness those things sheared makes me think that a writeup can be usefull.
Thanks again
