3.2 to 3.7

Can i swap out of a 3.2 in a 2002 Acura TL-S to 2008 MDX 3.7 just the block & heads & will my trans bolt up, with my intake mounts & emissons system???????

you shouldn't bolt up a 2002 TL transmission to anything.

Put in a 2002 MDX 3.5L motor and an AV6 accord trans. go to the 2nd gen TL area and research.

Simple answer is NO. The blocks are different and wont bolt up to your trans. You can stick the internals into your 3.2 block though (as i have done this) . And keep your heads, they are better than the cast manifold heads on the 3.7.
