250 KM on a full tank !!!!!
i got 250 km a tank the last couple times i filled up gas thats about 155 miles
i did the sea foam 2 weeks ago and i tried not to floor the gas pedal but it didnt make a difference. but i have been cranking the a/c to full blast.... has this happened to annyone before????????????

i got 120 000 KM on it and i didnt change the spark plugs because i felt the throttle response got way better after sea foam. and i dont drive with many people in my car its usually me alone or one other passenger. i do got a 150lb sub box in my trunk
... Done scheduled maintenance?

I could get more than 150 miles out if a tank running at 5k rpm. Something isnt right. Is that all city? Is there any HWY? Any CEL on?

check the air filter to know!
Pull a front plug and see if they are recent- you are due on mileage for sure and those make a world of differance in a TL
Could be an o2 sensor if the plugs are near new
There is an electrical test for those to check operation
Did you do the 2nd seafoam treatment for 1st timers?

probably only use sport shift once every week or 2

Not necessarily. The TSX had quite a few problems with the primary O2 sensor which caused very heavy fuel consumption, but there was no CEL from the primary O2 sensor because it was still outputting a voltage that was within the specified range.

a number of things can cause a high rpm
Its been long enough- and you may have a gunk problem- go ahead and seafoam the vac port again

I don't think seafoaming it again is going to be your solution. You do not notice any hesitation and the car drives normal? I would replace spark plugs and check out the o2 sensor. It has to be something more than a little gunk in the engine. I would check spark plugs, o2, wheel bearings, air filter, tire pressure, fuel filter. That is very bad gas mileage.

then if all else fails ill change the o2 sensor for the hell of it ill give a update after couple days

try using sport shift more and then force it to shift up early, may be shift up at around 2000rpm? I think this can be a temp fix, but in the long run may be you need to get your car checked.

the reason I suggested this car redo seafoam now is to eliminate any possible crud leftovers on the O2 sensors, and if there is something stuck somewhere- it will get cleaned
Be sure to clean the TB plate inside the TB
The warm up drive, percolate time (seafoam calls it liquify) and the all important after drive blow out the crud- all must be done correctly for max results
Seafoams website has more ways to do heavy cleaning too
definetly check a plug for condition- thats often the prob, ,weak spark
treat coils like fragile glass- not setting down hard or dropping

do i really gotta take off the whole throttle body off the engine in order to clean it??

NO!!! simply remove the rubber snout connecting the airbox lid to the TB assembly
Then you are looking at the 3" round plate that pivots to open position
Use thumb to move throttle mechanism and spray carb cleaner or deep creep at the plate- front back and sides
Wipe up runoff and check again for clean- install airbox tube and done

the only time you get a CEL is failure to do the hot foot drive properly - which allows some crud to settle on the O2- it can take a few days driving to self clear thru use

thats another reason I said to redo your car now-
1st time may be ackward install- 2nd time you are a pro at its flow rate and intentionally stall the car 2-3 times- per www.seafoamsales.com directions

i'm getting only around 200-220 on mine too. i recently put in a short ram intake. one of the vac lines seems a little loose. can the vac line really affect mpg? i also had my spark plugs put in last summer. ngk.

vac leaks are VERY bad for the engine and mileage
they use clamps or tight slip fit on vac lines for a reason
It must be sealed from the air filter to the TB- where there is a big hose clamp!
Seafoam or bg or wynns the intake and gas- clean out crud and spark is better- more power- better mileage
