I just leased a TL last week and have been enlightened to the transmission issues.

Does anyone know if a TL built in 4/03 has had all of the fixes to make it safe and reliable?

It should be or you can hope so. I am saying this because there are reported cases, enough of them anyway, of 2003 transmissions going. Even if it happens they’ll fix it for you so do not worry too much about it.
