Your 100% correct about the rotors..there is definetly a manufacture defect and they will not admit it.

I had warped rotors twice and the dealer replace the brakes and resurfaced the rotors both times under warranty.

I had warped rotors both times under 15K. Give it a shot maybe your dealer will be as generous as mine.

Keep me posted with the after market brakes, I might consider using them also.
