Hi, So I wanted to know if I could buy a 2007 tsx or tl switchblade key fob uncut from ebay or something, and get the dealer to cut and program the key to fit my 2000 acura tl? is this possible?

Not possible.
We had a member who was going to customize a switch blade for our cars, but it never went through.

IIRC you can get the switch blade, but the fob itself is useless making the key the only thing usable.
