Which 20 volt fuses are not continuously powered?

I am installing a 6vdc hardwire power supply for my SkyFi2 unit. I had originally hooked up the positive to a 20 volt fuse in the passengers side fuse box, only to discover that the fuse was continuously powered. I checked the other 20 volt fuses on that side, only to find that they were all continuously powered.

Are any of the 20 volt fuses not continuously powered?

There are no 20 volt fuses in the car. Every thing is 12 volt. those numbers on teh fuses are amps. your looking for a 20 amp fuse. I would connect it to the back side of the drivers side fuse panel. There is a spot for a spade connector to plug in. 1 is switched with the lights, 2 are switched with ignition and 2 are constant.

fsttyms1-
This was exactly the info I needed.
You just saved an hour plus checking all the fuses for one that is switched

Thanks!

As it turns out, I could use a smaller amp fuse, since the output is DC 6.0 volts, 1.0 amp. Can I just wrap the hot to an existing fuse plug and use that rather then taking off the fuse panel? And if I can, which item is switched on/off by the ignition?
For some reason, my SkyFi would trun off when it was plugged into the cigarette lighter (using the lighter adapter) and I shut off the car and removed the key. Now, with it connected to the fuse for the cig lighter, it can and does remain always on if I don't manually shut it off.

On the back side of the fuse panel there are 5 spots, 1 goes on with the lights, 2 are switched, 2 are constant. Just get a spade connector and plug it into it. You dont have to remove the fuse panel, look under the dash or remove teh knee panel (1 screw holding it on behind the fuse panel cover)

Red circle is the one thats powered with the lights. i dont remember which of the others are switched or constant

After work today I took out my multimeter and checked every single fuse in both boxes and I discovered that all the fuses in the passenger side fuse box, except for the ones for the passenger side front window and both rear windows, are constantly powered. Conversely, all the fuses in the driver's side fuse box are not constantly powered.

I am rather reluctant to begin tearing my car apart right now. But I will keep this info in mind when I go to bury the wires behind my dash. Thanks for your help!
