1st Question: I am the second owner of my car, warranty transfer with the car right? Is there any additional steps involved?

2nd Question: The button that turns on the fog lights does not work any more, can I bring it in to the dealer to get a warranty claim on it, if I have warranty on the car?

But dude said I was covered for 100k? Is there an extended warranty? that covers to 100K?

the standard bumper to bumper (your switch) is 4/50K. The standard drivetrain (engine and tranny) is 7/100K. Unless he purchased an extended warranty, you are limited to the standard. I dont think you have to do anything but it wouldnt hurt to contact Acura directly and make sure the warranty is transferred and get it in your name.
