Touch up paint good?

I have a couple scratches and was thinking about using the touch up paint to cover it (since the scratches are white)... I have not bought it yet but was planning to at the dealer. Has anyone used the touch up paint from the dealer on their cars? Is it good? Can you tell the difference? Let me know what you guys think...

I can notice it all the time, the bigger the scratch the farther away I will be able to notice it. But then again, I don't know how to apply it professionally. I just put on just the right amount.

Touch up paint is so so....use it for small jobs and not big ones. The paint itself looks a bit off and is probably better applied with a toothpick rather than the brush.

Like stated above, toothpick works well. Best advice I was given was do it in layers a little at a time. AND SHAKE THE BOTTLE FIRST!!!

Good God I used it for some little bitty scratches and it was so thick a had to try to wipe it off and...well, you can imagine. And I thought I was being really careful...barely using any.
I like that toothpick idea!

I've seen Acura Touch Up Paint Pens, that might solve the problem with the tootch pick application idea. Here check this out:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2463105460

If the link doesnt work the ebay item number is:2463105460

The best part is the price.. so cheap!
