14000k
14000k
As some of you may recall, i had 10000k hids in my car before the front end conversion, i now have stock.
What is everyones opinions on 14000k? does anyone have them, can you imagine seeing 14000k coming down the road, nd how do you think they will look with deep yellow fog lights(02-03)

The purpose of head lights is to light up the road - not get noticed or worry about what anyone else thinks about your car.
At 14000k, you've probably reduced light output by at least 50% and distracted 50% of the drivers coming towards you. The result - CRASH!
You should never have gone above 6000k - and the most light is at the stock 4300k.

well even at 14000k the light output is still 2100 lumens which is more than twice the output of halogens. And i loved the 10000k, but im not sure if 14000k will be to extreme

nah reading dont own me, work owns me therefore causing me to get distracted and overlook the fact about the 10000k's twice
still, got pics of those 10000k's???
ive seen the 14000K's on an RSX with the HID conversion. to be honest, it looks straight purple. purple as in like glow stick purple. its really dim compared to our stocks but yes it is brighter than halogens. super distracting and doesnt really look right. i suggest just sticking with the 10000K's if you want something that high. im happy with my light output and look of my 6000K's.
I'm sure it looks hot, but the the amount of light you guys are willing to sacrifice for look worries me.
I got 6000K in my Lo's and Fogs, and I already can see the drastic reduction in light output on the road from my stock setup. I can't even imagine at those numbers.

Remember, I had 6000K before so I can tell you with first hand experience the light loss is very minimal. FYI, I have NO problems seeing at night. Maybe I just have extra good night vision.
Everybody knows that 4300K gives out the most light. That's why all oem HIDs are 4300K.
do you have any more pics of that integra with 14k cant really get a good idea of the light output from that shot, and im used to the lower light output i was driving around with 10000k for months
