No, Not exactly. The curve of the back deck is slightly defferent from the 2nd gen to the 04. However, they sell an M5 type spoiler specifically for the 2nd generation. Don't have a link handy, Can someone help parvo out here?

Is there really any reason to get the OEM one? it's such a small piece of plastic, I don't see how the quality could be much different. Are the replica's identical? How well does it line up with the TL trunk? Does anyone have pictures? Sorry for all the questions. My first choice is the Mugen lip spoiler, so if anyone has one for sale, or knows where I can get one for a decent price, let me know! thanks.
