I have Yokohama Avid V4S hi-performance all-season tires. They are pretty good, not too $$, and they work fine even when there's quite a bit of snow. Also consider Toyo Proxes 4 but they don't last as long.

I have the Yoki v4s and one of the best I've had so far on this car. OEM's suck and the Conti xtremecontacts didn't last as long as I expected. Did ok in the snow but obviously didn't buy them again even though they are cheap. Love the Yoki's though.
Those are great tires for the price. I had those for a couple of years and they performed very nicely.
If you're looking for a great all-season and you have the cash, go with Pirelli P-Zero Neros M+S. While not as grippy as Summer tires when it's dry outside, they're fantastic in every condition. I highly recommend them!
