That front tire looks nearly like the top of my scalp!
If you are sure it is coolant, perhaps based on the 'pulley side' pictures above, it may be a (below red arrows) #2 weeping water pump or #19 connecting pipe o-ring?
What was the last time interval for changing out the timing belt components?

yeah I know I have a new tire just tryna use allll of the tire I got left 😂I’m not sure very much of what that part is I see the arrow but can’t really tell what it is, I know it’s coolant because I can see on the ground it’s green and can grab the fluid w the tip of my finger and smell it and it’s coolant. It’s on the passenger side. I know the timing belt was done and it says replace at like 266k miles so im not sure if that answers your question let me know please
Because replacing the coolant pump requires removing the timing belt, it is recommended to replace that component when they replace the timing belt. It may not always be done though due to additional cost.
Honda water pumps are designed with a weep hole as part of their construction. This hole acts as an early-warning system for pump failure. When the pump's internal seals or bearings begin to wear out, coolant starts leaking from this weep hole. This leakage is intentional and indicates that the water pump is no longer able to maintain proper sealing, signaling that the pump is nearing the end of its lifespan.

Holy thats exactly what it is, the water pump. Thank you I really appreciate your help, could you look at my other post about my transmission if you’re able to? I bought some “automatic transmission repair” by Bars Leaks, was wondering if I should try that before I do the AV6 swap(spending $$$$$$)😂🙏
