Yippee, I got home tonight to find my 02' tails waiting for me...Thanks Tim! Question for all those who have installed them: They look pretty straight forward, did anyone have any probs installing them, or is it as easy as it looks?

 

the only problem that you may have is getting one of the bulbs on each side to stay in but it isn't anything that some tape wont fix

Nope, I heard about that prob, ordered the harnesses too...

 

Then it is as easy as it looks. If you also got all the new bulbs, I would put them and the harness in the light assembly before you install the new tails. That way you can just unhook the old harness, take out the olds, intall the news, and just hook the harness.

Just make sure you have the 8MM rachet handy..

and try not to drop the nuts down under the trunkliner.. you will have to try and fish it out..
Don't forget to move over the little box on the driver side tail. Do the right one first, it is easier.

If you can, use latex gloves to remove and put the bulbs in.. a clean cloth works as well.
