Make a memory seat two how you want it to set when you back up. When it is put into reverse, you trigger memory seat 2 button. Off reverse u go back to memory seat 1. 
Trick it lol 
Probably just have to tap a few wires.

They added the tilt down feature to the driver side mirror as well in the 04......

Doesn't bother me that I don't have this feature. I don't need the mirrors to be pointing right down at the ground in order to see what I need to see when going in reverse. To me it's just another thing that might break and need repairs. I'll happily do without it.
