02-03 TL Projector Retrofit Build
Here is the progress on my 02 TL-S projector headlight retrofit. Ive done a bunch of retrofits in the past, but these i decided to take my time with over the past couple of months.
I went with brand new TYC Headlights, mint used Nissan Maxima HID Projectors, BMW E30 Projector Lenses and Black Passive Demon Eyes. I tried to keep it clean and OEM+ as i could. The corner reflectors i sent out to maine coast customs for Carbon Fiber Hydrodip. And for the Projector Shrouds i went with Aftermarket G37-R. I feel it came out very clean. Let me know what you think.

Why D2H instead of D2S bulbs?

D2h worked better with my hyluxtek 45w ballasts, cleaner install than the big igniter on the back. Id go with d2s if i had the 200+ for the bulbs that i want, but the morimoto d2h are $45, its cheaper just to replace them every 2 years.

Wow, that looks fantastic!
Are you going to keep the high beam bulbs as they are then? The projectors I used had that little electromagnetic flapper to remove the cutoff plate for a "high beam", so I disconnected the wires to my OEM high beams but kept the bulb in.
