Car would look so much cleaner without the sunroof visor.

I don't think that's the visor...it's the sunroof in "tilt" mode.

It would fit since the only difference between the 99-01 and 02-03 rear are the tailights.

exactly. the body kit never changed from the 99-03 (other than the front piece due to the different front bumper)

They already told you, its the Value Sports bodykit. Value being the name brand. Value Sports is a Japanese company, so to get the kit you'd need to import it or get it from an importer like king-motorsports.com or aj-racing.com ... But someone said there were some Value Sports kits on eBay, so check there.

And just to confirm, the rear bumper and sides are exactly the same from 1999-2003 so bodykits made for the 2nd gen TLs will fit on the rear and sides regardless of year. The front lip is the difference.

I've always loved that rear piece. But at the time, it was too expensive for me, and I wasn't so much into modifying my car.

Now... I just spent 250 bucks getting the OEM rear piece molded to the bumper and repainted, but if I could get my hands on the Value rear piece, I would swap them in a heartbeat.

No, definitely not. That's the Sarona body kit, regarded as the most hideous body kit available for our cars.

Value body kit is totally different from that.

the black car in the pic above... that rear piece is the NEO-BLAZE rear lip. it is NOT the value sports rear bumper.

also, the side skirts are the value sports ones and the front is the '02-'03 oem lip. that is a '99-'01 TL w/ '02-'03 front conversion. before the conversion, it had the value sport front bumper as well.

Hahah you found my friend's cousin's car. He imported that shiet from japan. it is the 99-00, but about the kit, I thought the only difference between 02-03 and 99-00 is that they front don't fit.

I emailed them a while back and Ben replied saying that they're unable to get it...
