your trans is going to throw code do to the 99 having a 4spd and 00+ having a 5spd. other than that i dont see why anything else would be wrong

some one did it on here and it ran but he had a problem with the trans shifting and what not.

Why would you want too is the question. There would be nothing to gain from doing so. Plus like others said the trans wont work right

No. Only ECU that works with the 6 speed (without the richie module) would be the 03-CL-s6 ECU.

richie hacked the 5 speed ecu and has no access to the 4 speed. if the ecu can run my engine fine then i would be able to use his current harness instead of waitin for a new one to be developed.

I'm just worried about if the 99's engine to cabin harness and dash harness will plug right into the 00-03 ECU

are the engines that different? if im not mistaken all the dash parts are interchangeable.

I'm not really sure I bet Richie would be able to tell you with all the wiring diagrams he has.
