0 - 60 time with mods??

Probably a dull topic, but I was wondering what the 0 - 60 time for a TL-P with I/H/P? Everyone shows the 1/4 time, what about the 60 time? Just wondering cause I plan on doing all of these this summer among other things, and Im wondering who I would be able to hang with now...thanks all

Well I would assume that you are still a bit slower than a TL-S. I know that one forum member here has H/I/E/P on his car and he still can't hang with my TL-S. I would think that the TL-P could probably run about 6.6 from 0-60.

Can someone confirm is this is remotely correct?

Don't forget that you only gain about 1 second on the quarter mile, so you will probably only gain like .4 to .6 seconds 0-60. And the stock TL-P 0-60 is 7.2

damn thats a bummer...but I guess not too bad to get into the mid 6 second range. not super fast but at least good enough to hang with quite a few rides. If only I knew about the TypeS when I bought my car!!!!!!

Ya you may be better off selling your 99 privately, and then picking up a used TL-S, and then start modding that. You would already benefit from the additional 35HP and you could easily get the TL-S into the 5 second range 0-60 with I/H/E/P

Ya I wish, but money is a little too tight for that, and anyway all those mods shouldnt be anymore than $1000 (non Comptech headers and exhaust) anyway and thats alot cheeper than moving up to a TypeS. Ill wait till Acura comes out with a new TypeS with rear wheel drive

then Ill upgrade in no time
hey this is my 500th post
