I was down on the Tire Rack because the wheels they sent me didn't fit. But I like to give credit where credit is due.
They were very helpful and apologetic about the situation. Immediately sent out packaging material to repack the wheels/tires (received yesterday), and just a few minutes ago UPS showed up to pick up the goods. They did all the labeling etc.
I'm going to a local tire shop now to buy winter tires, but I would definitely do business with the Tire Rack again as they did a great job rectifying the situation.
