Angry Ups Horror!!!!!

Today when I arrived home I was please to see that my RONJON LEGEND arrived. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was crushed. To my dismay when I looked over the rim I found that the rim is a slight dent on the inside. There are numerous deep scratches and nicks on the outer part of the rim. Ron did an outstanding job getting me the rims within three days and now I have to wait longer to experience the ride on these rims. This sucks!

Time for a claim against UPS! Is the wheel reparable? (don't see any pix, so can't tell).

The rim is repairable....however Ron with his great customer service will replace the rim when he receives the damage one back.

ups has a great policy, if anything is damaged, and you try to claim it, they simply say: imporperly packaged. So they have an insurance policy to counter their own insurance policy.

I think Fedex does about half the volume though as UPS.
