A-spec Suspension
There's not a good way to know as not everyone badges their A-Spec like I do. The only way to know for certain is to ask the previous owner, not an easy process if you're buying from a dealer. YOu can certainly measure the wheel gap. Here's my car with the A-Spec suspension and wheels. It is noticeably lower than 037's 2009 RL on the right.

put four people in the car and go over a speed bump. If it hits or bottoms out its got the "A-spec" suspension...Thats what mine does, I had Acura dealer install it. Clearance on 18" A-spec rims to fender in front is about 1.8" Rear is about 2.0".
