Hey I have a quick question,
If I were to buy some staggered wheels that are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 with offsets +35 in the front and +33 in the rear, would that clear the stock RL calipers?

You have to test it, nobody can give you exact answer with these specks.
I have all the rims 19"x8,5 and et 35, there is about 2-3mm clearance to the front calibers and i dont have that Acura text on those.
Test fitting is the only way, all depends of the design of the rim.

9.5" won't fit up front without a fender roll and well liner mod.
