need help deciding on these rims.
I know all about the fitment issues on the RL and I know that without a fitting there is no guarantee that they will fit. I have decided on the following rims. They are exactly what I'm looking for and the fit BMW's. There are offsets of 35 and 45. Tell me what you guys recommend I go with and if you think they would fit or not. By the way my H&R's are in and my A-spec lip kit is installed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you guys.

You need to get a fitment guarantee and right of return if you cannot tell.
Offset on 19x8 is not the whole story. There are numerous threads on this, and pictures, but I no longer have my diagrams that show this. It is will the back of the spokes rub on the calipers, and that is a spoke design issue.
Make sure you get centering rings if you choose BMW purposed wheels. Hub sizes of 72.5 mm quite different from the RL 64.1

I would bet they don't clear the front calipers. Most OEM/"OEM style" BMW wheels don't.

I would be VERY nervous about $800 BMW knock off wheels.
Have you checked out Carbon's 18" for sale? IIRC, they have similar features.

I think you would be making the right choice. There are two major issues with the knockoff wheels. 1) They are typically constructed very poorly. With a car as heavy as the RL, I would be scared to do any sort of spirited driving. 2) They usually weigh A LOT. With the price as low as that set, you can bet that the materials are low grade, and unsprung weight has 5 times the affect as sprung weight does.
TSW is a great choice for light, strong wheels with great value. Have you checked out their new lineups?

BTW, the Jerez is on my list. I'm really contemplating putting my TSW Londrinas up for sale to make the switch.

Yes, most TSW's are designed to clear larger brake calipers. One of the problems though is that TSW does not do in-house wheel fitments anymore so nothing is guaranteed by them. I would recommend buying from a local vendor that is willing to order wheels in to test fit and okay with returning them if they don't fit. If you have a Discount Tire/America's Tire in your area I would start there. They match any competitor pricing, (including online prices), are a TSW authorized vendor and don't charge restocking fees if something doesn't fit.

Let me know about the Londrinas. I've been looking at those. I don't have a discount tire anywhere near me unfortunately. There is a rim shop around here though so as long as they don't lock me into buying them then I'll be good. Although in this area no one knows anything about the RL. I haven't even seen one driving around.

Let me know if you're interested. They were only on my car for about 5 months before I put my winter setup back on. They're flawless. One nice thing about 20's is tires are typically cheaper than 19's.

Those two are part of the new models I was talking about. Sounds like your up to speed.

I was considering the Jerez and Bardo but in an 18 and TSW/Discount Tire said they would not clear. So I went with the TSW Panorama instead. The girl is getting new shoes tomorrow!

The picture isn't doing much justice for the wheels. I can't tell how I feel about the lip behind the spoke image.

Hmmmmm......I going to be honest here NWAcuraFan. I don't think I'm feeling them. It almost looks like the center is out of proportional as compared to the spokes. I don't think it's a good color match either. But if you love them that's all that matters. Like 007 says - I'm not sure about the lip behind the spoke thing.

No worries Coop. I hope my post was helpful. I am happy with them as a dramatic improvement over the OEM 17s which were on the vehicle prior but I understand we all have our own tastes and preferences. The quick camera pic outside the tire shop does not really do them justice but I wanted to post a pic sooner than later. I will try to post better pics in the next few weeks particularly shots up close. The center hub beginning at the lugs nuts actually has some depth (sunken in) that is not well represented in pic. Please keep us posted on which rims you decide to go with.

It's funny because I really like the rims. I thought they would look really good. Maybe different pics will sway my opinion. The more I look at it though the more I like it. Maybe I was too harsh too quickly.

I'm anxiously awaiting them. Except for the fact that I went out to my car this morning and a one inch scratch from the front to the back of my car was present. My neighbor put her lawn mower handle on the car and used it as a guide.

The car is at the shop already. The husband paid for it. Nice guy but the wife is a little wacky. So my rims will be here tomorrow and I'll have the car back too so I'll do a test fit.
