Front Strut Recommendations

I have a clunk sound coming out of the LF strut. I suspect it is a bad strut with 210,000 on it. Rather than just do fronts and later the rears, I am going to do all 4 at once and be done with it. I noticed an oil spot on the RR shock.
What are your recommendations and how do they compare to stock?
I will have a local shop install the fronts and do a re-alignment.

You have OEM or KYB. +1, My vote is OEM.

Another thing you might want to check is the swaybar end links.

Thank you all for the comments.

There isn't like a dozen options out there as it really comes down to 3...OEM, KYB and Gabriel.

I can get KYB at a great price and I have had them on a couple of other cars. As to the front end noise, Of course, as we know new struts means new upper strut bearings and covers.

I will check the end links, great suggestion. I am wondering if it a lower ball joint as my 97 RL had that issue around the same mileage.

the thing is; aftermarket doesnt nearly put as much R&D into their products as OEM.
if you're fine with going for less initial cost up front, then head to the aftermarket, like KYB

When I bought OEM struts it was a 700$ bill using online Acura vendors that offered significant discounts over actual dealer sticker price. It honestly wouldn't surprise me to hear 2000$ including parts and labor at an Acura dealer.

ZF Sachs is the OEM supplier for the RLX struts.
