AXIS wheels

I niticed an RL with good looking AXIS wheels. Has anybody ever seen them or know anything about them? They were hyper black, which is what I'm looking for.

Wheelsmax has the complete lineup of AXIS wheels. They're fairly good knockoff wheels of whatever is hot at the time. My friends have them on their Civics and Neons so I see them alot. They look pretty good, although they're really weak as far as bending and scratching goes. They tend to run about 280 a wheel for the good ones, but wheelmax has pretty good deals on wheels and tire combinations...good luck.

Axis wheels are one of the best one peice wheels on the market. I dont know where you get your info from ocelot but they cost a little bit more then 280 a wheel. 19 wheel package will cost you about 2500 and your looking at close to 3000 for 20's with a maxis lip. NICE WHEELS. But i would honestly save up the extra 500-1000 to get some I-forged.

ok maybe I over embellish with the "really weak as far as bending...." line, but I think I was dead on accurate with the rest.www.wheelmax.com/wheels/Axis/axis.htm will agree that I was in about the correct price range.

As I mention before my friends are running these wheels and they all have ridiculous curb rash ,scrapes, and bends from extremely minor incidents; which, IMO, constitutes a poorly function rim. But honestly its up to you

location, profile and most importantly driver have more to due with curb rash and bending than it meaning its a weak wheel

Thats partially true. Of course you're gonna have your share of bumps and bruise that come with everyday driving, and yes curb rash is 100% the drivers fault. But at the same time I live in San Antonio which has, by most standards, really good roads. Quality of the metals used in forging the wheel itself is what I'm questioning. I'm not sure what they used, but from what I've seen its not the most resilient they could possibly find.

this is a cast wheel, made in china. Most of axis designs are knock offs.
