The car looks great. The profile of the wheels looks good, but the tires look stupid. However, that's just my opinion.

You need an Aspec kit. That would set off very nicely.

The fuel flap is covered in condensation. Very cold night to take pictures. The tires have a rim protector and the ever so slight stretch caused them to do that. It's not that bad in person. Thanks for the comments people. Should have the front rotor kit finished and on this week and a-spec kit being ordered this week too. Next is sarona roof spoiler and exhaust all being well.

I know what you were going for with the tires, and for a stretched setup, it was nicely done. I just don't like stretched tires. I'm sure plenty of others will drool all over them.

Keep the mods and the pics coming.

A-spec kit ordered. As have the mugen window visors. Body shop booked to color code front grill chrome and trunk garnish to body color and engine bay plastics. Having engine cover and wood trim carbon dipped in feb and just waiting for 4 bolts to install our 355mm front rotor kit on stock calipers. Thanks for the comments. The stretch is minimal on a 255 on a 9.5" rim

From a supplier of mine in the USA.
Quick update. Went to fit brakes today but made a slight miscalculation on rotor offset. Back to the machinists in the morning. Also have to dremmel the caliper to accept the bigger radius of the disc. Minimal work. Should have pics tomorrow for you all......I hope

Brakes are on. spent most the day yesterday doind more measurements and fitting, removing, re-measuring and re fitting and after some light caliper work, we got them on and working brilliantly. Obviously they aren't bedded in properly yet as only done 100 miles on them but already they are working very well. We used oem Honda Ferodo pads too and can't believe the difference. Here are the pics. Enjoy.

Thank you. Yes it has cmbs. I don't know what specs or options you guys have over the pond in comparison to the ukdm legends. This one has acc, cmbs, lane assist, active headlights, auto lights and wipers, snow mode, in built 6disc mp3, wma DVD audio, reverse camera. But no option in the uk for tmps or Xm radio? Parking sensors are an option. A-spec or Honda modulo kit was not an option at all. Strange why different markets had different specs.

Hi all. My a-spec aero kit arrived in the uk for my ukdm legend. Rear and sides went on fine and fit perfectly as they should. Front on the other hand is a very different story. It seems the legend bumper has a slightly wider shape at the bottom near the wheels resulting in being overall too wide for the acura lip!!! I thought Jdm, usdm and ukdm were all the same. I now have a ruined bumper that I can't re-fit. Need to buy an acura item. Hope the fenders are the same! Anyone heard of differences before?

No LKAS, folding mirrors, back seat LED courtesy lights, snow mode, rear fog lights, and a few other things here. TPMS is a government regulation here, and the XM satellite's range is too exclusive for a worldwide car. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada don't get it either. Canada does get ventilated seats and headlight wipers, though.

There is a thread somewhere about all of the differences.

Update to the build so far.
Mugen wind deflectors are here and fitted.
A few Neo-Chrome Detailing bits are on
Injen Cold Air Intake Fitted but we are going to make a stainless steel or aluminium plate to cover where the old airbox used to sit. Modifiled it to sit the filter higher up as the UK is far too wet to have it that low in the bumper.
Front Bumper on its way from Acura so as soon as it arrives, it's off to the body shop to have it painted, have the engine bay plastics colour coded and paint chrome on the trunk and grill.
The engine cover will be back this week after being carbon dipped and the silver re-painted.
Next on the list is having the exhaust done. thinking of quads. 2x3" staggered tips. Mufflers only for the time being as money is tight and then the rest of the system and J-pipes/possile pcd's in the summer.
Think thats all to report for now....Will post pictures up when its all done. I do have ukdm headlamp washers if anyone is interested?

Thank you sir for the pic, now if I can only get a picture of a JDM cluster to compare. Anybody know if the JDM legends are speed restricted/governed? Honda-r please keep us informed on the fender fitting and can post a pic of what you did to the original bumper.

It's my understanding the USA spec (and probably Canada) is governed to 135 mph and the rest of the world is 155.

Yes the US RL is governed to about 137.5mph. I've had the needle bouncing a few times.

Wow nice build! I love the small differences with the UKDM model.

How does the rear fog work? Is there a separate switch for it? If you don't mind, could you possibly take a picture of the switch in the interior? Thank you in advance.

Overall I like it very much.
Don't care for the blingy wheels (not too bad though) or the silly stretch tyres. But generally I do like it.

Is that the same hond-r who's been around the UK forums a while now ?
If so you should recognise my name :-)

After owning my trafficstar vz reps by s.a.m wheels, I have decided to change up for something wider and a completely different style.
Here is what we had before:
Name: legendrearleftangle_zpscc0deb37.jpg
Views: 5922
Size: 112.8 KB

20x8.5 et32 front (225/35/20)
20x9.5 et35 rear (255/30/20)

This is what I have now:
Name: IMG_4867_zps6a653d08.jpg
Views: 6273
Size: 76.3 KB
Name: IMG_4860_zps187002f3.jpg

Size: 55.4 KB
Name: IMG_4839_zpsaaffa290.jpg
Views: 3757
Size: 52.9 KB

Setup now is:
Ispiri ISR6 Satin Silver / Machined Face
20x10 et37 front (255/30/20) Toyo T1S
20x10 et33 rear (255/30/20) Dunlop sp sportmax

What do you think?
Have heard that 20x10 wouldn't fit because of rubbing. This does not rub at all and I can get full lock on the steering. Front fenders stock, rear fenders rolled/no pull.

Selling my old wheels if anyone is interested with 2 brand new rear tyres and 2 front tyres at 5mm.
