The Official Modded RL Thread

The 3GTL guys have had this for years, so why can't we?

There has been huge interest in modding 2G RLs over the last few months, and I include myself in that group. The purpose of this thread is to give new (or old) RL drivers an idea of what can be done to improve the car, all in one place, without searching. You can still make your own thread with even more pix here in the Photo Gallery if you want, this is a thread purely for pix.

This thread is exclusively for those who have modded their RL from stock whether it be wheels, tint, engine mods, interior mods, Lambo doors , whatever. Ground rules:

1. Maximum of 6 pictures as most of us who have modded already have our own threads.
2. No pictures of stock RLs. We know what they look like because that's how we all bought them.
3. No extraneous posts, they will be deleted.
4. You are required to list what mods you have made to your car so that if people have questions, they can PM you.

Any questions? PM me.

I'll start:

see those add on 'effects' are low rent. and lowered car is just not needed in this type of car. its looking pretty ricey. the car is a failure. I hope that acura puts more effort into the next gen if there is one. the TL is a much better looking car. I owned one so its not a troll. I want to see acura succeed but their stylists are horrible.

Keep on brother we're all listening....

I really don't believe you owned an RL because no one in their right mind would get into a car or anything for that matter, feeling as strongly against it as you do. Anyway, you seem to know a lot because you said: the "effects" are low rent, lowering is not needed and that it looks ricey. I was fine (not quite understanding the "low rent" reference at all) until you said ricey. I guess some people get it and others don't. I sense a hint of jealousy or like someone did you wrong in the past...

By the way, this is the definition of ricey/ricer according to others (dictionary/Wiki): "meaning for an automobile that has been modified to give the impression of high performance, but does not necessarily have any high-performance capabilities".

Later,

P.S. Stylists are for hair, designers are for cars and other things.

Off the top of my head those are Work Schwert SC1s. They look like 20's on a drop. Probably H&R, but maybe Tiens.

eyi, Zelaya, and I believe KB1Spec all have or have had them. That wheel is sex.

You're right! These have more spokes and a larger lip. I wonder what they are then.

Brand, Model, Size, Offset, Tire size.
