Thanks. I Really liked how the black looks on the RL as well. It was a tough decision for me since many colors look great on the car, but I love the way black looks when it's clean. I think I want to add maybe the decklid spoiler to it, and possibly 18"s but i have a feeling we might see a differetn wheels style for 06 so i might hold off on that.

I completely understand how difficult the color choice can be. My wife and I have had a deposit down on a 06 RL for two months now. Since then I have changed the exterior color three times (first Carbon Gray, then Black, then Silver, then back to Gray)! Black is always my first choice, however my wife's last three cars were black and she didn't want to go that route again (even though I was able to pursuade her when I change the color the first time). The Carbon Gray is also very nice, it shows the chrome trim nicely and still has that "Executive Look" as does black. Have lots of fun and stock up on the Zaino!!

As for the brand I know it wasn't 3M but another company that was better for non-metallic tint. No problems at all with reception. all is good .

you know, I'm knocking on wood as I type here, but my guess and my experience, if you have a nice car, and don't look like a young street racer or punk, the cops tend to not mess with you so much. In fact, i have gotten compliments from police officers on the car rather than hassels.
