goodbye RL!

I just bought a Range Rover Sport! So I'm selling my RL. Here are a few photos I took today after I got it detailed.

That's an odd transition going from an RL to a Range Rover Sport! How do you like it so far?

You and Blazing alike. Sad to see your RL go. It is definitely one of the best looking ones around. Let us know how much you sell it for.

Any parting out?

Why lol. Your RL look sexy ass hell. How much are you planning to sell for, if it sounds right I might consider BTW, is that park in Alum rock? It looks familiar.

i haven't gotten a chance to drive it yet cause it's being shipped here from ohio. test drove one at the dealership though and it was nice.

thanks, that makes me not want to sell it lol. i put it up for 28k, planning to probably negotiate down to around 27k. i know at that price it won't be a quick sale, but i'm sure i'll find that one right buyer. not parting out cause i don't have any of the stock parts. the mugen kit also leaves holes in the bumper.

thanks man. i just got tired of riding low. too much stress for me for a daily driver. it might not be a problem for other people. plus i just wanted to try out an suv for a change and keep it (mostly) stock. my dad has a range rover hse and i always liked it. i think they're pretty boss :P

here's the craigslist ad with a lot more pictures

A low mileage, 2 year old RL, with Mugen, Tein, Work, and 5Zigen mods owned by a 19 year old who attends Cal Poly.

My guess is he bought it all with lemonade stand and lawn mowing profits.

RL tank is far more reliable than Range Rover tank...it's an insult to an RL driver to get compared to a Rover

yeah my dad's had the full-size range for a while now and random shit happens to it, like the air suspension and transmission going out. my car came with a really noisy air compressor and rusted rotors. took it to a shop that does only british cars and they quoted me about $2400 i'm about to try to do it myself. where's a good place to buy warranty from?

Range Rovers are not unreliable if you subscribe to the local dealer philosophy of "It ain't broke, it's british".

Yeah I did. I bought the 5 series and it didnt feel like a real difference except for the fact it was much faster. The RL is a great sedan.

I bought the Range Rover in March of this year.

I do the finance at my dealership so i bought my warranty for my cost

so far 2 suspension claims and it was fixed

When you buy a Jaguar, make sure you buy two because one will always be in the shop.

Jaguar I can go on and on about how those became real pieces after Ford took over. Anyone remember the X-type? That was a contour frame with a Jaguar shell. 'Nuf said.
