Just wanted to say I had fun having my TL this pass few years. Well just pass Monday I dropped off my 06 TL since Acura sent me a letter so I can turn in my TL early from my lease. So I picked up a graphite/black 2008 RL Tech.

Well here is my new baby.

Hey how's it going? Ya I like it a lot so far. LOL still haven't decided what wheels yet. But I just got my Amuse side skirt. Waiting for the pricing on the Amuse front and rear bumper.

But ya, I ordered all the wood trims from the dealer and will drop it off at my friend's shop to do the CF. But ya I'll keep ya updated.

Yes those are for the DRL. BUT the IPF only have for H11 and 9006. So if you are planning to put it, you need to take out the silver ring out first and put in the bulb and put back the ring in again. Since it doesnt fit correctly. It's not bright just to give you a heads up. If I were you, just change to the regular yellow bulbs. I had my signal and corner bulbs all yellow now.

Is this a leased RL? Just curious, as your TL was, and you are modding it a lot.

TL was a lease and I sold most of my parts. The RL is a lease as well. But on the RL I won't be as crazy as the TL. But you know how the mod bug...it is contagious LOL. But I will mellow down a bit for the RL.

Welcome to the RL club. I have but one comment:

Wheels. STAT. IMHO, that is a necessary mod on the RL.

Wow.... nice... I see you upgraded too I moved from my heavily moded 05 TL to and RL also..... where did u get the center grill? will the "A" in the old grill fit in the honda legend's "H"? I'm thinking about that mod.... but i want it to be and "A" in stead of "H"....

I got the front grill off this person on Ebay. From what I know of, it will not fit. I believe the Honda Legend grill have different version. I think the one I got was a base model version. I seen one that the "H" have a clear coat. The grill itself is not cheap either. Expect to pay between $540 to $700.

KB1SPEC.. Great choice on the RL, I too am anxious to find one just like it in blk/blk. The new RL is garbage and the one you have is SICK... Quick question, how does that work, modding up a leased car.. like, once the lease is up what do you do ? lol

I try not to go crazy on the mod on the RL as much as I did on the TL. The TL parts are easy for me to sell where as the RL are hard because of the age group. Typically people drives an RL are usually mid to upper 30s and they don't want to mod anything. So basically I'm just modding on basic stuff like wheels, suspension, and body kits. Anything that is bolt on and easy for me to take apart. I guess lease is up I can sell it but maybe cheaper though.

Actually ya, I didn't really like the looks on the new RL. My friend even offer me a cheaper deal on the 09 RL than the 08 RL. But I told him I got most of my parts on the 08 RL.
