Update on the CAI and throttle body spacer. Did not see any noticeable difference in MPG. On the power side, the butt dyno is not definitively telling me much. It does sound cool as hell though, which is why I got it. When the Vtec kicks in, that has to be the best sound ever. As far as the throttle body spacer and thermal gaskets, I did notice the throttle body and intake pipe were cool enough to where I could touch them after a 150 mile road trip. I would still say though, this isn't a car that is really meant to be raced or anything like that, so all of these little things are minimal improvements. Waiting to do the bigger things until I finish building my Roadrunner, so I can free up some funds.

 

you should try to get the intake manifold spacer as well. it's next on my list

 

Looks good! I love what you did to your engine covers, I had a similar red on the manifold cover on my CL and thought it was pretty BA. Can't wait to see what's coming next!
