XM Reception

I'm wondering if anyone else has XM recption problems.

I live in the Southern Metro Boston area on the I95 corridor, and I'm not real happy with the reception I get in some spots. It seems like when I'm next to powr lines, and on tree lined streets the signal goes in and out.

Anyone else?

I have the same problem on one specific stretch of road which is a country tree lined road.

XM Reception

Yup, me too. I live in upstate NY and have the same problem with dropouts. Personally, the dropouts don't bother me as much as the poor frequency response and dynamic range of XM, But, on the plus side, the variety of programming is great.

Same thing in New Jersey.......certain stretches of roads cause XM to studder/stop. Maybe a future space shuttle trip will contain a new/improved XM satellite
