XM Radio Station Delay

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem: after starting the car, the names of the XM stations do not display, rather just the number of the station. So instead of "006 The60s", I get "006 Chan 6". Which stations it affects is random but at least one displays this way almost 100% of the time. Occassionally, they refresh automatically, but most times I have to click on the station and then the title displays.

Is this related to the XM song delay problem that many people had? I had that problem but after a few new Acuralink modules, they seem to have fixed that problem but created this new one for me.

This problem has been around since the XM info refreshing problem surfaced. It was not resolved when they fixed the info refreshing problem. I don't let it bother me since the screen refreshes instantly now. One way to get all the presets to propely show the label is to hit the XM button on the console and change to the other XM band and then back again. The labels will all refresh properly. Hope this helps.

Thanks. That clears up part of this. For me, it surfaced only after the delay was fixed and it happens almost every time I start the car.

I wonder if everyone has this and if it has been fixed on the 2006.
