would these speakers make a difference with stock bose amp?

I wanted to do an upgrade on my speakers and can get a good deal on these speakers http://www.infinityspeakers.com/estore/inf/us/products/Kappa-62.11i/KAPPA%2062.11I_INF_US?skuId=KAP-62.11I_INF_US but would I be ok with stock Bose amp or do I need to upgrade to a good 4 channel amp? In gonna buy 2 12" subs but had these questions first.

Those will be fine, but once you put 2 12's in, you'll want an amp on yuor mids/highs as well

So then those would sound nice with just swapping them out I decided not to buy 12" subs for now and just get the 4 6.5" speakers on each door. Also has anyone replaced the rear speakers the ones next to the subwoofer if so what size are they? And is it possible to switch out the sub for a better one? I know I'm asking a lot of questions but that's what this forum is for right?

I had to make my own bracket but i put Image Dynamics 4" full range back there as well as the center channel. Factory is 3" i believe. I don't believe adding speakers is going to make that huge of a difference. You need to take the proper steps and seal off the door with some sound deadening material to make the door a enclosure to see any significant gains. I believe the Bose only puts out around 15-20W RMS per channel with 70-90W going to the sub.
