OK please forigve the institutional ignorance embedded in the question (I haven't gone through all the posts) but just got an email from Acura, offering the map update for $149. (offer good through July 4th)

Is this a good deal? I assume that one new DVD pops in the back and all is updated?

Thanks...I have a 2008 but live in Boston where the roads change overnight (ususally from terrible to worse!).
