Did you lose all your Navi system personal info and had to re-program it from scratch? I'm referring to the info in the Address Book, past destinations, personal setings, etc.

 

Had mine done on Friday and all the Navi info was still there. From the dealership I had to go to a UPS facility I'd never been to. From there I wasn't sure of the best route home so I said "Go home" and it mapped it out for me. Colors on the nav screen, etc. were just as I'd left them.
