Satan is controlling my computer

I switched key fobs for a little bit (less than a day) and since then my computer has never been the same. It now can't remember any settings that I make, no matter what I do. When I restart the car, all of my settings are lost, and the default settings reappear. I've used the 'memo' function in every conceivable fashion and I've done the reset on the fob itself.

Any ideas?????

in terms of reset on the FOB - does that mean you relinked it to the car?
What does the MID say when you start the car, i.e., "Welcome Driver 1"?
Does the "Memo" function on the door light up D1 or D2 or neither?

When I refer to resetting the FOB, I mean that I (...and I don't have my manual in front of me right now), held down the two buttons on the remote simultaneously that it advised me to hold down. I've done that a couple of times.

It now no longer says driver 1 or driver 2. It just says "welcome". The "memo" function lights up as D1.

If it just says Welcome, you need to re-link the FOB.
Instructions are on the back of the FOB
