I was resetting up acura link today (replacement phone -- same model) and I couldn't get acuralink to correctly do a test-connect. I beat my head against it for awhile until I "remembered" that you have to have exited the Hand Free Link mode on the MID. I was, of course, in HFL setup having just paired a new phone, but nothing reminds you that you have to exit out of it completely before you can do the setup of the data/GRPS/EDGE connection on the NAV system.

When you try to use the voice recognition during a call (don't laugh, I try to do it all the time) it pops up an ugly dialog reminding you that it can't share the mic with HFL. It would be nice if the acura link setup could too.
