For those of you who have added the backup camera with the aftermarket setups that also give a second video source input for display on the nav screen....I know the backup camera is triggered by shifting into reverse, but is the second video source (iPod, etc) display on the nav screen activated with a switch or something? Where did you locate the switch in the interior?
