Navigation Lock up on adding address

Went to add an address to the address book today and when I did the final step,"add to address book" the system locked up. I restarted the car, activated the navigation system and every thing works EXCEPT if I try to access the address book, the system totally locks up. The addresses remain bland and I must restart to access the nav system.
Any one else experience this scenerio?

Everything works until the "Address Book" is trying to be accessed. Well, to the dealer I go. Will post results .
Thanks for the replies.

I opened the door using the 2nd key FOB and all worked as it should. I then
unlinked and relinked my key fob but no success.
So my feeling is that perhaps I may have a bad key fob or their may be a dealer computer reflash to correct the system.
Will advise when/if corrected?
