don't want to always post issues, because I'm overall positive on the RL and would buy again
However, ran into strange problem today:

Tried to enter address of company that I had a meeting with. First entered by City (City, CA) then street = "XXX Ct. However, there was another street "XXX" (no court) same city so navi jumped to list of that street plus others similar, but no "XXX Ct"

Then tried to start with stree entry first rather than City. Same problem, list with no "XXX Ct".

Had to call to get directions.

When I got to "XXX Ct." street, it showed on naivi that I was on this street.

Why didn't that street come up in the list of options for address entry?

Interesting. I've seen similar things, but seldomly in the RL. Usually that sort of crap happens in my BMW with iDrive Navi.

If you can recount the scenario, you can enter a problem report on the NAVTEQ (supplier of Navi's database) if it seems like a data set problem (See: http://www.navteq.com/updates/mapfeedback.html). I'm not familiar with how such a Navi database and other software is structured with respect to the difference between the street name in a search versus named on the display but it sounds like the street wasn't in the dataset used for the search query, in which case it would probably fall into the domain of a NAVTEQ database issue. Get the version of the DB off the Navi DVD so you can enter the problem. They should be able to pretty quickly verify the presence or absence of that street. It's kind of cool - you can track the status of the issue you entered and see their feedback/resolution.
