Nav and Audio Dead; please help

Not a happy camper...

Just got my '05 RL out of Brakes Plus for a brake job (at closing time) and have discovered that my navigation and audio will not start.

Navigation screen does fire up as I can see there is power to it but there is no image.

None of the buttons on the console work, including the radio, etc.

Thought it might be a driver remote link issue. I successfully linked the remote to Driver 1 to no avail.

Anyone have an idea about what this might be? Grrrrrrr. Thank you, in advance.

First thing to consider is a battery problem....the electronics act strangely as the battery is about to die. You might consider "rebooting" the car. The dealer does it with a computer, another option (not officially recommended) is to disconnect the battery for a minute or two, then reconnect.

Check your fuses. It could be as simple as a blown fuse.
