Lost my XM Traffic display

Lost my XM Traffic display

Okay, had the three TSBs applied last week. All worked fine, at least I think. . . This morning I noticed I wasn't receiving XM traffic on my NAV display, although I am receiving XM radio. I checked to make sure the traffic setting were turned on then called XM to report the problem. They came back and said everything is setup properly on my account. They said to try it again later!??? I'm hoping there isn't a bug in this new XM unit!

Anyone else experience this?

I did at first....right after the TSB, my XM had to be re-registered. After I called XM, the radio worked, but I had no traffic updates. Called XM a couple times and on Friday, XM told me to take the car back to dealer. But, it started working again on Saturday and has been fine since.

XM Radio and XM NavTraffic are two separate subscriptions. The dealer should have re-activated both after the TSB was completed. From my experience, most dealers only activate XM Radio unless you remind them.

Have your service dealer call in to XM to reactivate you for the navtraffic. You were probably reactivated only for XM. Happened to me too and dealer took care of it with a second call.
