LED replacement bulbs..

Need to know what the bulb sizes and best LED bulbs for license plate lights and the door lights in the 2006 RL. Preferably ones that wont burn out so easily I had a couple in my 350Z that lasted 3 yrs in the license plate area and never flickered. Just dont remember where I got them. Anyone have best recommendations and sizes?

I am very happy with these for license plate bulbs...expensive, but good.

Have not looked at door bulbs yet, but these are very promising, as I have used them as Civic license plate bulbs which have a 90 degree orientation difference from the RL bulbs.

These are very bright, may be too bright for doors.

You may wish to try these instead for doors, which are less bright

Let us know what you do, and what you think of all these changes...

The process its like walking in a park. Just open the linen part from the trunk, just be careful removing the plugs and you will see the light plug so just twist it clock wise. Just for the record if you don't see them light up, just flip it and it should work.

Good luck

It's fairly easy. You just need to take out the inner panel of the trunk carefully to get into the screws and bolts.

I would look at the rear camera install instructions or the decklid spoiler install instructions
http://estore.honda.com/accesssory-i...L&modelname=RL

There is also a good thread on this showing you the tool that makes it easy. Use google site search command.

I received my order from Hobby Emporia today, Raymond was great to deal with and the shipping was fast.

I will post an install thread when I'm done.
