I bought a 2009 rl tech sh-awd and when i got home i noticed interior overhead lights don't work, If i push the door button on overhead console it doesn't make them work, I know i can take it back to dealer but i figured if it was a simple fix i could just do it myself, Anyone have any suggestions?

 

I'm not sure I understand your question Wayne. There should be three buttons on your overhead console for the lights, "ON", which turns on all the lights, "DOOR" which turns on the lights when the doors open, and "OFF", which keeps the lights off all the time.

I don't recall if the "ON" position turns the lights in the doors on, but I know it turns on all the lights in the roof.

It does not turn any light on...None of my roof lights work at all whether the doors are open or you hit the map light button, But when i test them they have power to them

 

Dealer time! Put that warranty to work.

 

I agree, that sounds like a flaw. Next time you are at the dealer, have them take a look at it.
