Well, I just had an interesting experience.
I just went through 2 hours of trying to remove the radio so that I can add the Ipod link that I purchased.
I was able to get to the point to remove the 4 screws that hold the radio to the front console, but apparently (even the shop manual says its there) I was unable to locate the final 2 screws (bolts) that hold the radio in place.

If they are the 2 bolts waaaaaay at the back of the console-there is no way for me to safely (read not drop or lose the screws because they are 7 inches back and not accessable with your hand) take them out.
I guess unless anyone has a suggestion, or can clue me in what I may have missed, I am going to the dealer to have them do the radio.
I wonder how much they will rape me because all they have to do is remove the radio and connect the harness to the ipod link- I did all the other work!!
Any ideas anyone?
