I have this now in my 04 TL. Was reading in the forums that the 05 RL doesn't have this so there is nothing to indicate that a bluetooth phone is connected.

Was this resolved in the 06 RL? Please advise. Thanks.

 

Perhaps not directly, but pressing the HFL button on the steering wheel shows the battery and signal strength levels when a bluetooth link is active ('05 and '06 RL).
