If there is someone in the Houston, TX area, could you see if you have outbound (west) I10 traffic coverage from 610 to hwy 6?

I have the inbound traffic, but no outbound for months. I asked xm to reset, but no difference.

I have documentation from Navteq - XM NavTraffic that I10 in this area is covered for incident and flow.
