Handsfree speech recognition problem
Handsfree speech recognition problem
I am having a devil of a time getting my handsfree bluetooth system in my 05 RL to recognize the number 4 when I am saying a phone number. I have tried so many different dialects it is pitiful. I would say 2 times out of 10 the system gets it right. Most of the time when I say 4 I get a 0 instead. Please help.
Try waiting a heartbeat after the beep... it's probably not getting the "f" and just getting the "our."
I have issues with "Home." I used to have my home number set as "Home" but now, I've made it the name of my town, because "Home" always used to fight me... I'd get things like #0, or 599... it was infuriating.... would take me less time to spell out my home number and say "dial" than it would to fight it to recognize "Home".... and of course the speech recognition does not deal well with voice stress... and doesn't recognize "mother-loving piece of crap" as a valid command when shouted into the microphone.
